Returns will only be considered if goods do not accurately reflect their description on this website, in which case notice must given within 7 days of receipt.
The item must be returned in original and undamaged condition and in original packaging. It must be well packed and insured for the full amount. A manufacturing fee may apply to any order not received in good condition.
In the case of damaged goods, you shall inspect the goods on delivery and shall within 48 hours notify Stew of the alleged defect or damage.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
