Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on the 2Wright Design website, you accept the following terms and conditions:

All orders are deemed to be an offer by the buyer to purchase the goods on these terms and conditions.

Any variation to these terms and conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties) shall not be effective unless agreed in writing by 2Wright Design.


1. Goods

1.1 The goods shall be supplied in accordance with the description contained in this website and 2Wright Design warrant that the goods will reasonably correspond to the description on this website at the time of delivery.

1.2 The price shall be the price quoted on this website at the time of receipt of the order.

1.3 The buyer may add to the order at any time before dispatch of the original previous order but additional delivery charges may be incurred in accordance with those published on this website.

1.4 Images on this website are for illustration only. Reproductions of colour are as accurate as possible.

1.5 2Wright Design will accept orders by internet, telephone, post or in person.

1.6 2Wright Design shall notify the buyer using email or details provided by the buyer of the date and method of dispatch.

1.7 All material on these pages, including logos, icons, photographs and all other artwork is copyright material of Stew Wright.

1.8 Copyright shall remain with Stew Wright, except in the case of commissioned work where copyright conditions will be discussed at outset.

1.9 As with all original paintings and prints, it is recommended not to place artwork in direct sunlight in order to increase the longevity of the item. 2Wright Design will not be held responsible for any fading of artwork and once the goods are received this will be the responsibility of the buyer.


2. Delivery

2.1 Delivery of the goods shall be by Royal Mail, unless otherwise stated on this website.

2.2 Delivery shall be made to the buyer’s address or other address for delivery, given in writing at the time of the order.

2.3.The buyer shall make all necessary arrangements to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

2.4 2Wright Design may deliver separate goods by installments.

2.5 Carriage shall be at the buyer’s risk. Where the goods are collected from 2Wright Design’s address, the risk shall pass to the buyer upon delivery to the buyer.

2.6 2Wright Design shall not be bound to deliver the goods until it has received cleared funds for the goods and the delivery charges.

2.7 The buyer shall notify 2Wright Design of any non-delivery of the consignment within 14 days of the date of dispatch.

2.8 All goods purchased from 2Wright Design are made to order and delivery of goods could take up to 14 days from the date of order.


3. Returns

3.1 All goods, including the mounts accompanying the prints sold on the website, are hand made by Stew Wright to order. Goods are quality checked throughout creating, and before dispatch. The buyer therefore cannot return the product for exchange or refund if it has been supplied accurately and as described on the website.


3.2 Returns will only be considered if goods do not accurately reflect their description on this website, in which case the buyer must give 2Wright Design notice within 7 days of receipt. Accepted notices must be e-mailed to stew@2wrightdesign.com


3.3 2Wright Design will consider refund upon receipt of the returned item. A manufacturing fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Goods that are returned because they do not accurately reflect the description of the item on this website must be unused, in their original condition and undamaged. They must be in original packaging, well packed and insured for the full amount. In this event a replacement product of the correct specification will take preference over a refund.


3.4 Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

3.5 In the case of damaged goods, the buyer shall inspect the goods on delivery and shall within 48 hours notify 2Wright Design of the alleged defect or damage,along with photographic evidence, before 2Wright Design dispatch a replacement. If the buyer shall fail to comply with these provisions the goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the contract and free from any defect or damage which would be apparent on a reasonable inspection of the goods, and the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted them.


4.Commissioned Work and Projects for Physical Artworks

4.1 In the cases where physical artwork will be made by Stew to be delivered, when placing an order for commissioned artwork you must clearly state in writing all the information to be included in the project. Stew would also like to contact you over the phone for a personal consultation.

4.2 Stew will then issue a quote to you confirming the cost of the project and any requirements needed from yourself.

4.3 If you're happy to proceed, then you will need to submit the requirements along with a 30% deposit to Stew at 2Wright Design. Once the requirements have been checked and are suitable for the project, Stew will email you back with details on how to pay the deposit.

4.4 Stew will then supply you with a design proof. You must check the proof and give written confirmation of acceptance and a further deposit of 30%, or advise him to make any alterations necessary before Stew will proceeds with the final piece of personalised artwork.

4.5 Stew will not be held responsible for any errors in information provided by yourself. Any alterations after acceptance of the proof will incur an additional charge.

4.6 The final artwork will be made within six weeks after acceptance of proof.

4.7 It may be possible to accept an earlier delivery (depending on circumstances) at an additional charge, if accepted in writing by Stew at 2Wright Design.

4.8 You will be informed upon completion and will pay the remaining 40% of cost, plus postage charge, before the artwork will be sent out for delivery.

4.9 If the project involves more than one item, for example in the case of stationery, any unused items cannot be returned for any refund.

5. Refunds on Cancellation of Commissioned Work

5.1 Cancellation before dispatch will only result in the refund of the delivery charge.

5.2 Cancellation can be made at any time during the design process but any payments made up until this point will not be refunded.

5.3 All commissioned work is considered non-refundable.
